It is through the generosity of our donors that the department has been able to enrich our clinical research division to develop and validate the most advanced techniques to impact healthcare. In addition, our mission also is to train the next generation of pathologists to ensure that the combined efforts and knowledge of our incredible faculty and staff is impactful for years to come. Lasty, our growing basic research group of internationally recognized pathologists are making advances in the study of liver disease, HIV, and pancreatic cancer.
