Flow Cytometry

Division of Laboratory Medicine
The Flow Cytometry laboratory is a key component of the Division of Hematopathology. 

Analyzing over 2600 samples annually, the laboratory provides important information using multiparameter cytometry which aids in diagnosis and classification of hematologic neoplasia.  The laboratory is directed by Dr. Yi Zhou who is boarded in clinical and anatomic pathology and has over 25 years of experience.  Dr. Zhou and the laboratory are directly involved in the training of residents and the hematopathology fellow.

Biography: Dr. Yi Zhou received his M.D. from Beijing University and his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University.
