The Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program at Jackson Health System/Jackson Memorial Hospital, in affiliation with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, provides clinical training in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

This program offers protected time for clinical conferences and seminars and has an emphasis on scholarly and research activities. Through this program, residents can expect exposure to multicultural and multiethnic populations and high Board pass rates. The faculty and other mental health professionals associated with this program are fully committed to provide a rich and diverse academic and clinical experience.

Like all trainees at the Mailman Center, pediatrics residents participate in the LEND (Leadership Development in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) curriculum, a federally funded interprofessional training program based on family professional partnerships.
