Seeking Patient Care?
The following guidelines describe postdoctoral fellowship performance concerns that would be cause for formal review, informal action, formal remediation and could potentially result in termination of the employment and training of the trainee if not corrected. A full description of the guidelines are available from the program training director upon request.
Due Process procedures protect trainee rights and are implemented in order to afford the trainee with a reasonable opportunity to remediate problems and to receive support and assistance. Trainees will be notified of all specific evaluative procedures which are applied to all trainees, and have appropriate appeal procedures available to the employee so he/she may challenge the program's action.

Policy and General Statement
The training program encourages fair, efficient and equitable solutions for problems arising within the program. A grievance procedure is a process that is invoked when a trainee has a complaint against any aspect of the training program or individual(s) involved in the training program. Trainees may initiate an informal or formal grievance about the conduct of another trainee, staff member, supervisor, the Director of Training, the Division Director of Clinical Psychology as well as any other affiliated employees or supervisors, the training program and their policies and procedures.
