- Providing a reminder for a second vaccination appointment
- Arranging accessible transportation to a vaccination appointment
- Answer questions regarding COVID-19 vaccination

Homebound Testing
Anyone who lives in Miami-Dade or Broward County, regardless of age, and can’t leave their home, or their bed, due to a medical condition or a disability, can make a homebound COVID testing appointment if they have symptoms or were exposed to COVID-19.

Broward County hotline: 954-412-7300 (Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
