The pediatric dentistry training program is for postgraduate students enrolled in Advanced General and Special Needs Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University. Postgraduate students interested in pediatric special needs dentistry spend one month at the Mailman Center and participate in the LEND (Leadership Development in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) curriculum, a federally funded interprofessional training program based on family professional partnerships. We do not offer pediatric dentistry clinical internships or experiences at the Mailman Center.
