Seeking Patient Care?
The Department of Pediatrics has a long history of supporting community programs in South Florida. We are a community resource with programs ranging from the Pediatric Mobile Clinic to our Friday lecture series on topics relevant to child health.
As an academic medical center, we adopt a comprehensive approach to community health, relying on our many disciplines, to provide important community services and conduct community-based research. These activities help inform families and policy makers alike, about relevant health challenges and serve to improve child healthcare services throughout Florida and the United States.
We invite you to learn more about our community involvement by clicking on the programs listed on the right and to please contact us at 305-243-KIDS (5437) if we can be of any assistance.
