The Miami Pediatric Nephrology Seminar is a unique forum for pediatric and adult nephrologists, renal pathologists, pediatricians, pediatric urologists, transplant surgeons and other health professionals from all over the world.
The Seminar will feature a number of distinguished guest faculty and local faculty members who will provide expertise and cordial exchanges including several panel discussions.

CME Information - Conference Learning Objectives
- Upon completion of the course, attendees will be able to:
- Define the various etiologies and physiologic conditions relating to these subjects, select appropriate diagnostic procedures.
- Understand that which may occur as a result of the disease process or treatment and indicate appropriate therapy.
- Do basic or clinical research focused on pediatric nephrology challenges and will be stimulated by those knowledgeable about research issues and will be informed about support resources.
- Identify future research directions and new approaches and technologies that will eventually lead to a better understanding of these conditions and improved treatment prevention strategies.
- Recognize and contact the faculty who will serve as role models for future generations of Pediatric Nephrologists and serve to stimulate interest in this field as a career choice.
