The workshop will take place on Sunday, November 16th, 2025.
1 pm – 4 pm
Workshop sessions will be 60 minutes in duration and will include discussions and practical demonstrations in which participants may directly interact with faculty. This provides an opportunity for the practicing clinician to discuss in detail their unique clinical experiences. Each demonstration group will be limited to 25-30 participants.
Each participant will attend 3 sessions. On the registration page, you’ll be asked to select the sessions in order of preference (from 1-6) that you would like to attend. You will be assigned 3 from your priority list on a first-come, first-served basis.

Abstract Submission
Poster Presentations will be held during the conference.
Submission: Abstracts must be submitted via email to miamineonatology@miami.edu before October 1st, 2025.
Requirements
- Author presenting abstract must be registered for the Conference
- Abstracts must report new original data on perinatal/neonatal research
- Abstracts must be written in English and follow the submission guidelines
Abstract Guidelines
- One letter-size page with one-half inch margins
- Maximum of 500 words (single spaced) in Times New Roman 12pt font
- Maximum of two tables or figures
- Format: Title, Author’s names and affiliation, Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- Selection Process
- Abstracts submitted will undergo peer review for quality of research and presentation as well as significance and potential impact of the results.
Authors of abstracts selected for poster presentation will be notified by email before October 15th, 2025. At this time, they will also receive detailed instructions for poster preparation.
Among the selected abstracts, two will be chosen to give an oral presentation at the conference.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to the conference manager by October 15, 2025.
Refunds will be issued, minus a $100 processing fee for the conference registration and a $100 processing fee for the workshop registration.If both a conference and workshop ticket are purchased, the total refund will be reduced by $200.
