Ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best pediatric gastroenterology programs in the country, our experienced team of pediatric gastroenterologists provides the most advanced care for children suffering from gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and nutritional disorders. Our program is both clinically and research oriented. We strive to provide the best care to our patients with the most advanced and innovative treatments while conducting outstanding research and education. We recognize that complex patients require a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach encompassing organic and psychosocial aspects of care. Our programs are among the most advanced in the country, featuring the most up-to-date diagnostic capabilities, the only functional gastrointestinal and motility program in South Florida and the largest transplant program in the country.

We provide primary gastrointestinal care and second opinions for complex patients with gastrointestinal inflammation, liver problems and nutritional and allergic disorders. Every member of our team participates not only in clinical care but also in multiple research projects. Every year, our pediatric gastroenterologists, dieticians, and fellows publish chapters, articles and abstracts nationally and internationally. The group has research collaborations with some of the most prestigious international organizations such as Cochrane, recognized for the highest standard in evidence-based health care. Advancing education is part of our mission. Our staff lectures locally, nationally and internationally, educating medical students, residents, and community pediatricians.
