Leadership Training Opportunities

Mailman Center for Child Development
The Mailman Center for Child Development offers leadership development programs for high school students, graduate students, professionals, people with disabilities, and family members. Each program provides a structured learning experience designed to develop leadership skills, strengthen advocacy, and prepare participants to contribute to positive changes in systems that affect people with disabilities and their families.

Our programs bring together people with different backgrounds and lived experiences. We offer mentorship, experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to apply leadership skills, and help trainees to develop the knowledge and experience to make a difference in their communities and professional fields.
