The Miami CFAR is part of the University of Miami (UM) Miller School of Medicine (UMMSOM) under the leadership of UMMSOM Dean, Henri Ford. At its’ heart, the Administrative Core provides the link between all the Cores and CFAR programs and is the primary source of information and communication.
Dr. Pahwa serves as the Director of the CFAR and the Administrative Core with Dr. Stevenson as the Co-Director. The Miami CFAR interacts with departments, centers and institutes. The External and Internal Advisory Committees and the Community Advisory Board provide oversight and feedback on programs and services. The Department of Microbiology and Immunology provides administrative support.
