Miami CFAR is the first NIH-funded AIDS research center in Florida and a leading hub for HIV research, training, and collaboration across the state. Led by the University of Miami in partnership with Florida International University (FIU) and the University of South Florida (USF), Miami CFAR brings together researchers, clinicians, trainees, and community partners to advance innovative approaches to HIV prevention, treatment, and cure research, helping address the disproportionate impact of HIV in Florida and the U.S. South.
