Ms. Valdez oversees the administrative, financial, and operational activities for the department. She works closely with the department chair, in these efforts.

Sr. Finance Manager
Julio partners with the Senior Administrative Officer to drive the department’s financial and operational strategies by creating budgets, forecast, and evaluating financial results. Additionally, conducts research on different department initiatives and acts as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders to complete assignments and ensure operational efficiency.
Dayana Lewandowski
Sr. Practice Manager
Dayana is responsible for the prompt resolution of problems that arise in daily clinical operations. She evaluates all aspects of clinical operations, including coordination of staff, patient flow, and service delivery are efficient and comply with the appropriate policies and procedures.
Chanteline Chaljub
Manager, Administrative Operations
Responsible for managing the administrative operations of the department. Works closely with the Senior Administrative Officer, Finance Manager, and Practice Manager to ensure operational efficiency. Manages the human resources, faculty affairs, staff and operational processes within the department.
Coretha Davis, BS, C-TAGME
Manager, Programs
Coretha is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the PM&R residency as well as Brain Injury, Cancer Rehab, and Spinal Cord Injury fellowship programs. She also coordinates all medical student electives and observership programs.
Samina Hussain
Executive Assistant
Samina supports top-level leadership with administrative and clerical responsibilities. She maintains leadership calendar and acts as the liaison to assist with facilitating efficient daily operation and function within the department. She provides administrative support to: the Department Chair

Carolina provides clerical support in the operations, administrative, and financial areas for the department.
