Research

As a university-based clinical practice, we are committed to conducting research to advance knowledge in the field of OB-GYN and reproductive health, to integrate the best available research evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to improve patient care and outcomes, and to train the next generation of academic OB-GYN physician scientists and leaders.

Education

In addition to our clinical services and research, we support educational training in the field of obstetrics by our committed team of faculty who have demonstrated excellence in training future OB-GYN physicians. As the oldest medical school in Florida, we have been engaged in educating learners at all levels for over 50 years.
We provide both classroom-based and clinical instruction to our learners. Training at our clinical sites gives medical students and OB-GYN residents opportunities to care for patients from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Our wide-reaching patient population, combined with a committed faculty, creates a rich environment for medical students and residents to train in our vibrant community.
