Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship

Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences

Our academic environment, clinical and research faculty, diverse patient population and the breadth of clinical experiences will provide graduating fellows with a comprehensive foundation of clinical and research experience necessary to launch a successful career in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI).

Pasquale Patrizio, MD, MBE, HCLD, FACOGOur training program is organized so graduates will meet ACGME, ABOG and subspecialty educational objectives and competencies for board certification and successful practice in REI. The program is based within the University of Miami Hospital & Clinics as well as in Jackson Memorial Hospital, the primary teaching affiliate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and the largest tertiary care referral center in South Florida and the surrounding domestic and international regions. Patients from all over the world come to South Florida, and the City of Miami, in particular, for care, so fellows develop humanistic skills to care for women of all races, ethnicities, nationalities and creeds. These experiences truly allow the fellow to learn what it means to provide personalized care.

Additionally, our faculty are diverse, well-published and engaged. Mentorship for trainees is paramount, and we get no greater satisfaction than seeing our fellows succeed. Our program reflects a comprehensive approach to clinical care and to sending our graduates out confident that they will be excellent, compassionate and prolific REI specialists. We are committed to providing them an outstanding training program resulting in future leaders in our field.

Finally, we strive to create a positive working environment both inside and outside the hospital to help our fellows learn as much as they can while enjoying their time here with us. We are so fortunate to live and work in beautiful Miami which provides us with a multitude of options for time spent outside of the workplace. Outdoor recreational activities are available year-round and Miami is a thriving city with multicultural influences shaping the art, food and music scenes.
