Pre-Residency Fellow (PGY1), Pre-Residency Fellow (PGY2+), Cerebrovascular/Skull Base (PGY7+), Endovascular (PGY7+), Neurocritical Care/Neurotrauma (PGY7+), Stereotactic & DBS (PGY7+), Neurooncology/Brain Tumor (PGY7+), Spine (PGY7+), and Spine (Peripheral Nerve) (PGY7+)
If you are interested in applying for a Fellowship, you must have completed an ACGME or equivalent accredited Residency Training Program in Neurological Surgery.
If you are an International Medical Graduate to qualify for our Fellowships you must have:
- Completed a Residency Program in Neurological Surgery
- Passed USMLE’s Steps 1, 2 (CS CK) and 3 (scores above 200)
- Have a valid ECFMG certification at the time of application

Pediatric Fellowships
The Pediatric fellowship is ACPNF accredited it’s held jointly in collaboration with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Jackson Health System and require a different application process. For more details on their application process, please visit nicklauschildrens.org.
