Our Mission is to support you as a member of the Miller School faculty—to achieve your career goals, guide you through the promotions process, and assure that you feel welcomed and valued as a unique and valued faculty member.
The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development works closely with the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement in its goals to promote a diverse and inclusive environment, expand the diversity of our faculty, and assure that our faculty teach, investigate, care for patients and learn in an environment free of racism, sexism and bias.
