Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) is a central repository for faculty data. Faculty Success will populate your official faculty profile on the new Miller School of Medicine website as well as allowing you to manage your University of Miami standard CV.

• Name photo file with Last Name & Employee ID; example: Johnson_50024429
• Photo Instructions & Guidelines

Roles – Order of appearance

• 1st Role = Academic Appt. – Rank/Track (Professor, Assoc. Professor, Asst. Professor of Dept; Professor of Clinical, Assoc. Professor of Clinical, Asst. Professor of Clinical + Department)
• 2nd Role = Administrative Role/Duties (i.e. Director of XYZ)
• 3rd Role = Administrative Role/Duties (i.e. Director of XYZ)

*Both the Grants and Publications directory sections do not need to be entered manually

• The University of Miami central grants database combined with web grant databases such as IBISResearch now sync to your profile.
• Publications are drawn from a central repository that collects information from all publisher platforms including PubMed.
• If you do not see your Publications populated – please use: Publications&GrantsSupportRequest
