The Office of Faculty Affairs processes Observership applications, but Observership opportunities are within departments. Thus if you would like to observe, you must have a sponsor willing to have you participate. Applications without a sponsor will not be accepted. It is the observer’s responsibility to find a sponsor.

Requirements for the Observership Program
- All observers must be at least 18 years of age for program participation.
- Departmental sponsorship for program participation.
- Invitations Letters for US Citizens/Perm Residents must be approved and signed by Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs, Dr. Joan E. St. Onge.
