Observerships

Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development
The Office of Faculty Affairs processes Observership applications, but Observership opportunities are within departments. Thus if you would like to observe, you must have a sponsor willing to have you participate. Applications without a sponsor will not be accepted. It is the observer’s responsibility to find a sponsor.

Update: Now accepting applications.

Requirements for the Observership Program

  1. All observers must be at least 18 years of age for program participation.
  2. Departmental sponsorship for program participation.
  3. Invitations Letters for US Citizens/Perm Residents must be approved and signed by Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs, Dr. Joan E. St. Onge.

If you have any questions regarding domestic observing, or you would like to receive an observer application packet, please e-mail Lydia Sanchez

Foreign nationals may be eligible for this 3-month Observership Program. For International observers processing, please e-mail Olivia Catá, Director of the William J. Harrington and Global Observership Programs.
