How to Access A Virtual Care E-Visit
E-Visit is available for all existing (having received care in the last 24 months) UHealth Neurology patients who are enrolled in the MyUHealthChart patient portal.
Log in to your patient portal account at https://myuhealthchart.com/MyChart
Select Message Tab and choose who you wish to send message. Answer a few short questions, ask your question and hit submit.
Receive a written response from a UHealth Neurology provider within 24 to 72 Hours.
