These are real-time, appointments between a patient and a UHealth Neurology Provider via phone. This visit is only available to existing patients who do not have access to video.

What You Will Need For Your Neurology Virtual Care Audio Visit

You need a Computer/Laptop and a mobile device.

You need a MyUHealthChart account with updated information.

You need a quiet, private location to have an open discussion with your provider. You may have a care giver or family member join the virtual appointment by indicating this to your provider.

Prepare for Your Neurology Virtual Care Audio Visit

Locate your appointment in the ‘To Do’ section of MyUHealthChart and Select ‘Update Information.’

Follow the prompts to complete the electronic check-in process (current medications, allergies, health history etc.).

Complete the responsibility for payment.

Sign the consent forms.

Once your e-check-in is complete, a link will be generated for use to start your appointment.

Begin Your Neurology Virtual Care Audio Visit

Log into MyUHealthChart 30 minutes prior to appointment. A clinical support person may call you to ensure you can log in and fill out/submit consents, reconcile meds, or upload images or documents your provider might need to review.

Locate your appointment and select ‘Click Here to Start the TeleHealth Visit’.

You will be sent to a waiting room until the provider is ready. (Please be patient)
