Virtual Care Check-In Visit

UHealth Neurology Virtual Check-In is a 5-10-minute phone call with a UHealth Neurologist or qualified health care professional for an existing patient not less than 7 days from previous visit and not within 24 hours of future visit.

There is no frequency limitation to UHealth Neurology Virtual Check-In Visits, yet they must be medically reasonable and necessary.

How to Access Virtual Care Quick Check-In

Quick Check-In Visits are available for all active (having received care in the last 24 months) UHealth Neurology patients who are enrolled in the MyUHealthChart patient portal.

Log in to your patient portal account at MyUHealthChart.

Select Message tab and choose who you wish to send message. Answer a few short questions, ask your provider to call.
