We have three focuses for our organization and a committee for each: Social, Outreach, and Education.
The social committee plans events and activities that help build a strong student community that balances study-work-life which includes building up networks for study and career opportunities and coordinating social gatherings.
The goal of the outreach committee is to get our scientists out in the field educating and helping our local communities all the way from early STEM education to serving our homeless population.
The educational committee’s goal is to showcase the different career paths available to us, with an immediate aim of providing networking opportunities with BMB Alumni as Zoom events throughout the year.
