We handle the planning, allocation, and management of research spaces, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse research community.
Our Services
Space planning and allocation
We oversee the strategic planning and allocation of research spaces to maximize efficiency and support the university’s research goals. This is achieved by generating data-driven space utilization reports in conjunction with stakeholder engagement.
Facility support
We work with our facilities management partners, ensuring research building systems are continuously supporting our research laboratories with reliable utility infrastructure for the upkeep of associated equipment and facility-controlled environment.
Support services
We assist in planning and overseeing research space renovations needed for institutional growth as well as enhancing existing spaces to meet the needs of researchers and create cutting-edge research facilities. We also engage and support our faculty with their capital needs for acquiring new research equipment or replacing older technologies with new emerging ones. Our office collaborates with other departments and external partners to facilitate research activities and ensure seamless operations
