With a dual focus on diagnosis and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, lewy body dementia, frontotemporal degeneration, and others, we provide personalized care for a wide range of memory disorders while also meeting the needs of caregivers.
Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment is provided by a trans-disciplinary team led by world-renowned neurologist and researcher, James Galvin, M.D., M.P.H. and composed of nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, and physical therapists. Our team is actively involved in research, developing and testing new diagnostics, and treatments.
We offer two separate clinical programs:
- The Diagnostic and Treatment Clinic provides expert clinical evaluation and treatment for patients diagnosed with neurodegenerative disorders. We work in collaboration with the patient’s doctors, families, and caregivers to optimize the outcome for each patient.
- The Executive Brain Health Program assesses an individual’s risk profile for developing neurological diseases. Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, principles of precision medicine, research findings, a personalized prevention plan that may modify the onset of neurodegenerative disease is developed and implemented.
We also offer an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching Program; psychotherapy sessions for patients, caregivers and families; brain training programs, as well as physical therapy and fall prevention programs.
