Application Process
Teaching and Mentoring Awards
Each year, we recognize excellence in teaching and mentoring for both our professors and graduate students.
- Teaching awards recognize one professor and one graduate student each year for their outstanding teaching efforts.
- The Mentor Award recognizes one professor each year who has been an outstanding mentor to graduate students who are completing or have completed their dissertation research in the faculty member’s lab.
Nominations are made by Neuroscience Graduate Program faculty and students and provide a first-hand account of how the faculty mentor influenced their graduate school career.
