Please complete an ERAS application form and submit the documents requested in the application. The application requires a personal statement, your medical school transcript, USMLE scores for steps 1 and 2, three letters of reference, and the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE).
Application deadline thru ERAS is November 15th, but the earlier the application is in, the better.
