Body Composition and Inflammation Study

We are interested in studying relationships between body composition (e.g., percent body fat), measures of inflammation in blood, and chronic pain in individuals with chronic spinal cord injury. Individuals who are at least 2 years post-injury may qualify.

Lynn Rehabilitation Center for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at UHealth/Jackson Memorial was designed from scratch to be one of the country’s elite facilities for patients recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cancer treatment, and other complex conditions.
