Emergency Notification Network (ENN)

Department of Public Safety

The University of Miami Emergency Notification Network (ENN) is a comprehensive communications solution that allows the University to quickly disseminate an urgent message through multiple communication mediums. If there is a condition which significantly threatens the health and safety of persons on campus, University officials may activate the ENN.

Information regarding any ACTIVE Emergency Notification Network (ENN) Alerts for the University of Miami are available HERE.

Public Safety Department Policy E-015 (Emergency Notification) governs Medical Campus ENN use. This policy is restricted-access. However, a summarizing policy statement is contained within the University’s Annual Safety Matters Publication as required by law.

ALL Medical Campus Community members should make sure their contact information is registered and up to date to assure they receive ENN messages. A step-by-step guide is available HERE.

Complete information about the University-wide Emergency Notification Network (ENN) is available HERE.
