Our Mission

To provide quality and timely customer service to the University Community 

Facilities Customer Service is our operations and communications hub for Facilities Operations and Planning and is the primary point of contact for service and maintenance requests. We are a customer-focused organization committed to ensuring that service expectations are met. We are at your service Monday through Friday, from 6 A.M. to 8 P.M.

For Non-Emergencies

Place an online service request, or call us at 305-243-6375 and follow the options.

Online Service Request

Example of Facilities related non-emergencies include, but not limited to:

  • Light out
  • Paint
  • AC to Cold/Hot

Examples of Facilities related emergencies, but not limited to:

  • Flooding 
  • Leaks (Windows, A/C, ceiling, etc.)
  • Elevator Malfunction
  • Power Outages
  • Spills in public spaces (liquids, broken glass, etc.)
