Educational Opportunities
The Division of Psychology provides several educational experiences. These include:
- Research training and experience for UM undergraduates and medical students.
- Postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology. We are an accredited training program for 2-year postdoctoral fellowships affiliated with the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN).
We also consider ad hoc applications for pre-doctoral clinical training opportunities, from students in American Psychological Association approved programs in clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology. These include experiences in clinical neuropsychology, aging, and psycho-oncology. These experiences do not include training stipends or tuition remission. We have maintained a program of State of Florida funded post-doctoral training opportunities that are affiliated with the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience and Aging.
