The Division of Family Planning is committed to educating healthcare practitioners at all levels of medical training. We train both resident and medical students in comprehensive family plan, options counseling, and induced and spontaneous abortion.
With mentorship and teaching, we train future generations of physicians who are committed to reproductive choice and provide comprehensive care for the full range of gynecologic needs. Training is supported by the Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Program and involves procedural training as well as comprehensive patient care and counseling. We also provide and engage medical students and residents in advocacy training opportunities.
