The Neurology Division at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center is dedicated to delivering exceptional neurological care to Veterans across South Florida and the surrounding region. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence based clinical services while fostering excellence in education and advancing research that improves the lives of Veterans with neurological conditions.
Our team includes subspecialty trained neurologists, a neuropsychiatrist, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals who work collaboratively to deliver coordinated, patient centered care. Through participation in national VA Centers of Excellence and specialized programs, we connect Veterans with advanced diagnostics, leading edge treatments, and the latest innovations in neurological medicine.
The Miami VA Neurology Division consists of 16 team members:
9 Neurologists, 1 Neuropsychiatrist, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Administrative Staff member. An additional 4 neurologists serve in our Sleep Medicine Division.
