We are pleased to offer a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. An ideal program for a gap year to advance to an M.D., M.D. - Ph.D., and/or Ph.D. program.
The discipline of biochemistry is at the center of the basic biomedical sciences, as detailed mechanistic understanding of biochemical pathways and processes are critical in clinical medicine and discovery in both academic and clinical settings. This is reflected by the increased importance of biochemical pathways in medicine.
Our program is geared towards students interested in joining medical or graduate school after earning their bachelor’s degree. This program is also suitable for students who require additional background in biochemistry in order to pursue an M.D., M.D. - Ph.D., and/or Ph.D. programs after obtaining M.S. degree. Our team works to train the next generation of students in biomedical field through coursework as well as research and scholarly activities.
