At DOCS, we understand that access to health care is essential for everyone. Our dedicated team is here to provide you with essential screening services in a friendly and welcoming environment. We look forward to serving you and helping you achieve your best possible health.

Lab Results

You will receive your test results by mail. If you haven't received them within six weeks, please contact us. If the results show you need more testing or instruction, we'll reach out to discuss next steps.

Please note that fairs are for screening only. We cannot fill or refill prescriptions at these events. Our patient navigation team will help you schedule appropriate follow-up appointments.

The following stations are available at all of our health fairs. Please look at specific health fair locations for more information.

Initial Health Assessment (IHA)

Your journey starts here! We’ll gather essential information and guide you to the best stations for your needs. Plus, we'll take care of any necessary consent forms to ensure a smooth experience.
Vitals

Check your blood pressure, heart rate, and more. Our team will review the results with you and offer personalized advice on maintaining your health.
Point of Care (POC)

Get essential health screenings here, including lipid panels and HbA1c tests to assess your cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
Women's Health

Comprehensive care for women! From gynecologic screenings like pap smears to STI testing and contraceptive counseling, we’re here to support your health. Additional consent for sensitive tests will be obtained on-site.
Men's Health

Focused care for men, offering prostate cancer screenings, testicular cancer exams, and support for inter-partner violence.
Dermatology

Receive personalized skincare and sun safety tips along with preliminary skin exams. We'll even provide photos for follow-up care if needed.
HIV/Hep C

Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C tests available. We’ll offer safe sex education and support if any test results come back positive, with private counseling and next steps.
Emergency Preparedness (EP)

Learn life-saving hands-only CPR, firearm safety (with free gun locks), and create a personalized emergency plan for natural disasters.
Narcan

Learn how to recognize an overdose and administer naloxone (Narcan). We offer confidential resources for those seeking help for themselves or loved ones.
Pediatric Education

When our pediatric mobile clinic is present, we can measure a pediatric patient’s vitals and provide on-site vaccines. When the mobile clinic is not present, we strictly provide counseling on pediatric health, nutrition, and bullying in addition to coloring and a new interactive teddy bear clinic where kids can have fun learning about the medical physical exam with the help of a teddy bear companion!

Please note: this station DOES NOT provide child physicals for schools and IS NOT intended as a replacement for a child wellness visit.
Brain Health

In a safe and private setting, we’ll provide screenings for mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression.
Bone Density

With specialized ultrasound technology, we perform bone density screenings and offer exercises to strengthen your bones, in partnership with our Physical Therapy team.
Colorectal Cancer Screening (CRC)

Learn about colorectal cancer screening and take home a 1-year FIT test, as recommended.
Ophthalmology

Safeguard your vision with our expert eye care services! We offer glaucoma screenings and comprehensive eye exams to ensure your eyes stay healthy and bright.
Dental / Audiology

Protect your hearing with on-site tests and prevention tips. Plus, volunteer dental professionals provide dental assessments, thanks to our partners at Florida Smiles.
Final Doctor Evaluation (FDE)

This is your wrap-up station! Our team will review your entire visit, answer questions, and share all the insights from your screenings. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with our volunteer doctors to discuss personalized recommendations. If further care is needed, our Patient Navigator will guide you to the next steps.
