The Mitchell Wolfson Sr. Department of Community Service (DOCS)

A student-run program at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine dedicated to providing quality health care to underserved populations in South Florida.

Students serving the community in Little Haiti

At a recent DOCS health fair, our students and physicians offered free screenings, health education, and connections to local members of the Little Haiti community. This program continues to be a vital entry point to year-round care in the Greater Miami Area. We’re grateful for our community partners and always looking for ways to expand our impact.

The DOCS program represents one of the Miller School’s most fundamental and essential missions: service to our community.
