Join us for Tranquil Tuesdays - a weekly guided meditation class open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Learn different meditation techniques and discover which is the best one for you. Discussion will include common obstacles along the meditation path and learning how to create your own daily practice. Taught by Dr. Anisha - meditation instructor since 1992 and guest instructors.
