In this interactive workshop, you will explore your personal relationship with stress, identify where stress is showing up in your body, understand the science behind the stress response, and learn practical tools to reduce stress in the moment and build resilience over time. You'll then experience the power of guided breathwork as a way to regulate the nervous system and support lasting wellbeing.
Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, actionable stress-management techniques, and an embodied experience of what it feels like to move from tension to calm.
Led by Morgan Kidd M.S., NBC-HWC Health and Wellness Coach at the Osher Center for Integrative Health
