Office of the Dean
The Leadership Education and Academic Development (LEAD) Program, sponsored by the Department of Medical Education and the Office of Faculty Affairs, is designed to enhance the leadership competencies of mid-career faculty at the associate or full professor level.
The LEAD Program spans 18 sessions, in which participants meet monthly as they dive into a range of topics related to leadership skills. Additionally, one hour per month is dedicated to reading and project-related work. All sessions are held in-person at the Miller School of Medicine.
