Application Process

Ph.D. / M.B.A. Program

Miller School of Medicine Ph.D. students are eligible to apply to the Ph.D./M.B.A. program during their last year of Ph.D. study. Acceptance is based upon an evaluation of all credentials presented by the applicant.

To apply, you must:

  • Be a current Miller School Ph.D. student in your last year of doctoral study
  • Notify the Executive Director of the Office of Graduate Studies of your intention to apply
  • Contact the Director of Admissions for Graduate Business Programs to inquire about the M.B.A. program
  • Achieve a qualifying score on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT)
  • Apply to the School of Business Administration
