Dear friends,

The Miller Center for Medical Education will transform the learning experience for our aspiring physician-leaders. When it is complete, it will be the key piece in accelerating our journey toward becoming one of the preeminent medical schools in the nation.

We are attracting the most accomplished and competitive medical students in record numbers. We continue to draw world-class physicians and researchers. Our world-renowned scientists are receiving a record number of research grants from the NIH, and our Department of Genetics is ranked No. 2 in NIH funding nationwide.

The Miller Center for Medical Education will elevate our work to address some of the biggest health challenges.

We have risen seven spots in the annual U.S. News & World Report’s Best Medical Schools rankings. Not only will the Miller Center transform medical education, but it will help us recruit and retain the brightest scientists and physicians.

The Miller Center for Medical Education will elevate our work to address some of the biggest health challenges. It will help us accelerate the future of personalized medicine and discover cures for vexing diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and cancer.

This facility will be a center point of our goal to ensure health equity for our underserved communities and a space to expand our community-focused health programs.

It will truly be the crown jewel of our mission to serve our community and educate the finest physicians. I hope you will partner with us to define the future of medicine and transform the lives of those we teach and serve.
