Biography
Dr. Jennifer Prete graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She went to medical school at Ohio State University and completed residency in Anesthesiology at Loyola University in Chicago. Here, she was given the best resident of the year award. She then went to Toronto General Hospital for fellowships in both thoracic and cardiac anesthesiology. She then joined the cardiac anesthesiology division at University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. She enjoys working with fellows, residents, and medical students. Her clinical interests lie in transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac bypass, and lung transplantation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and playing tennis. -
