Nuclear Medicine

The Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging is involved in various research projects, both funded (NIH, State, or industry sponsored) and also unfunded (investigator initiated).

Specific areas of interest include PET/CT oncologic imaging in lymphoma, prostate cancer and breast cancer, microsphere radioembolization for hepatic lesions, PET/CT and SPECT/CT imaging for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and moving disorders, nuclear cardiology imaging in coronary artery disease, neuroendocrine tumor imaging and therapy, as well as advanced quantitation, dosimetry for nuclear medicine therapies and bioinformatics.
