Cindy received her BS in Biological Sciences from Florida International University. She has previously worked in research projects involving motor vehicle accident injury prevention, heart failure, stem cell therapy, frailty, and precision medicine. She received a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Miami. She joined the University of Miami in 2008.

Damian received his Medical Degree and Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from National University of Rosario, Argentina. While practicing clinical medicine with patients over the last few years, he decided to switch to the clinical research field for a new challenge in his professional career. He joined the University of Miami in 2022.

Richard received his BS in Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. He is currently pursuing a M.S degree in Prevention Science and Community Health at the University of Miami, Public Health Sciences. Richard's research interest focuses on the risk and protective factors for the progression of chronic diseases and how these factors can be implemented in designing prevention interventions to improve health outcomes. With his public health training, he will begin his career in the clinical research field at the University of Miami.

Eugenia received her BS in Health Science from Northeastern University with a concentration in Nutrition. During her undergraduate years, she gained clinical experience as a Medical Assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and contributed to social & behavioral research at the Center for Cognitive and Brain Health Lab. Eugenia aspires to become a primary care physician with a focus on preventative medicine. In the meantime, she is exploring the clinical research field at the University of Miami.

She is passionate about research, and she previously focused on research about understanding age-related pain perception and modulation in humans at the University of Florida. Barbara aspires to become a physician and enjoys contributing to research while making her way to medical school. She joined the University of Miami in 2022.

Esther received her BS in Public Health from the University of Miami. During her time as an undergraduate student, she gained great experiences in research as a volunteer research assistant at the Lois Pope cure to paralysis center and Vidot cannabis lab. She has continued her education at the University of Miami graduate public health science department, pursing her Master of Science in Public Health degree. Esther aspires to be become physician integrating her knowledge of public health into primary care and infectious disease.
