Biography
Dr. Yehoshua attended medical school at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Hadassah, Israel. He subsequently completed ophthalmology residency training at Kaplan Hospital, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Hadassah, Israel.In 2008, He 1995, she joined the Department of Ophthalmology at University of Miami to conduct a 2 year post-doctoral research in retinal diseases and retinal imaging .Followed by subspecialty training in Medical retina. Actively involved in retina research, Dr. Yehoshua has contributed numerous book chapters, review articles, and original papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr Yehoshua has particularly focused on retinal imaging devices, including Swept Source OCT (investigational). With additional advances in retinal imaging, he hopes to provide earlier detection of disease or predisposing factors, better prognostic information, and disease maintenance. -
