Yue Pan, PhD, is a research associate professor of biostatistics in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. His expertise spans clinical biostatistics and social and behavioral statistics, including clinical trial design, randomization, measurement instrument evaluation, data monitoring, and analysis of complex data, such as longitudinal data with missing values.
Dr. Pan serves as a research investigator with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Clinical Trials Network Florida Node Alliance; the Clinic HIV/AIDS Registry of Miami (CHARM) Center, where his work focuses on mental health and HIV research; the Center for Latino Health Research Opportunities (CLaRO); the MACS/WIHS Combined Cohort Study (MWCCS); and the Study of Treatment and Reproductive Outcomes (STAR).
