The purpose of this study is to compare the longterm safety and efficacy of trabeculectomy with mitomycin C and tube shunt surgery in patients who have had previous ocular surgery.

The purpose of this study is to compare implantation of the tube of glaucoma drainage device (GDD) in the anterior chamber (front part of the eye) or sulcus (small space between iris and lens of the eye) in efforts to minimize corneal cell loss in the eye (the front transplant tissue of your eye). Participants will be randomized into one of two surgery groups: GDD with tube implanted in the sulcus or GDD with tube implanted in the anterior chamber. Participants will be in the study for two years and visit the study site approximately seven times.
