Biography
I'm currently working as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
After receiving my PhD degree, I worked as a visiting scientist at the Division of Genetics, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center focusing on mitochondrial medicine. In 2019, I joined Dr. Pankaj Agrawal’s laboratory at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School as a postdoctoral researcher. -

Research Interests
My research interest is focused on novel gene discovery for severe pediatric disease and disease biology studies using applicable cellular and animal models. My current research focuses on investigating the disease mechanism of neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), by applying multi- and spatial omics approaches with a goal to find a cure for treating these rare diseases. -
