Biography
Sabrina Taldone, MD, MBA, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine. She earned her undergraduate, medical school, and MBA degrees from the University of Miami (UM). She also completed her residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at UM/Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), before joining the faculty in 2019. She is a co-Director in the Medicine as a Profession courses at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She is an Associate Program Director in the Internal Medicine Residency Program. She precepts students and residents in University of Miami ambulatory settings and Jackson Memorial Hospital inpatient wards. She is the Associate Medical Director for Population Health for Internal Medicine. She is the Director for the Business of Medicine and Quality Improvement Pathway for medical students. She is the Director of the Healthcare Administration Pathway for the UM/JMH Internal Medicine Residency Program. Her research interests include the assessment of value-based care in medical education.
